Refund policy
Pre-Order Cancellations
Every Reveland piece is made to order. Pre-orders canceled before shipping receive a 50% refund of the item price. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel, contact us with your order number.
Final Sale
For hygiene reasons and because many pieces are made to order, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All panties, briefs, thongs, cheeky styles, and other underwear
- Bandeaus and bras
- Bodysuits
- All items featuring ostrich feathers, including The Knighty, The Rendezvous, and The Robe
- The Garment Bag and The Dust Bag
- Gift cards
- Any merchandise specifically marked Final Sale
Return-Eligible Items
The following items may be returned within 14 days of delivery: The Pillow Talk Shirt, The Pillow Talk Pant, The Sunday Tee, The Not Your Baby Tee, and Pearl Mesh Gloves.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back and we'll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Reveland within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
